ALTAMONT — Facing a ranked Riverton Rams squad in a home, best-of-five dual, the Labette County Grizzlies fell in five sets, 3-2 (25-15, 15-25, 23-25, 25-16, 15-11).

“We had it in our grasp,” Labette County head coach Heather Wilson said. “But Riverton’s best players made big plays at the end. We made big plays all night. But we didn’t make big plays at the end of the match.”
