To The Sun:
We recently drove down in Missouri and Oklahoma and noticed how neat the roadsides looked and the ditches were mowed nicely. We saw several county mowers out mowing even as we drove along.
Then we entered Labette County and saw rights of way full of weeds that actually blocked proper view. The ditches were full of tall weeds with some that were waterways with young trees in growth all in neglected county property.
Complaints if successful at all may result in about 20 inches of trimming at the edge of the pavement.
