ERIE — Emma Beachner, 81, of Erie passed away at 12:27 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 18, 2021, at Neosho Memorial Regional Medical Center in Chanute. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Beachner, on Aug. 14, 2019.
