CLAREMORE, Okla. — Jane M. Warren, 70, of Claremore, Oklahoma, died at 2:15 p.m. Friday, Dec. 25, 2020, after a courageous battle with cancer surrounded by loved ones in her daughter’s home in Parsons.
She was born on Oct. 6, 1950, in Terre Haute, Indiana, to Frederick and Marie (Nesler) DuBois. As a child, she moved with her family to Labette City, where she grew up. She attended Labette County High School.
Jane worked at the Kansas Army Ammunition Plant, the Canterbury Inn, the Katy Hospital and IMI Business Forms. In 1988, she moved to the Tulsa and Owasso, Oklahoma, area. Most recently, she has resided in Claremore. She worked at the Green Country Urgent Care Clinic.
She was an avid reader and enjoyed going to casinos. She also enjoyed art and painted and made drawings.
On March 13, 1966, she married Daniel W. “Danny” Brown. They later divorced. She married Ron Warren. They later divorced.
Survivors include a daughter, Cathy Robertson and her husband, Drew, of Parsons; five grandchildren, Stepheni Sotiropoulos, Cory Medlam, Kalee Brown, Katlin Brown and Colton Brown; and two great-grandchildren, Jaxson and Kace.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother; a sister; and her son, Craig Brown.
A memorial service will be at a later date. Burial will be in South Mound Cemetery.
