Law enforcement arrested three Southeast Kansans for a home invasion that occurred Monday night.
Cherokee County sheriff deputies responded to a home in the northeast part of the county on Monday after the homeowner reported being assaulted.
The investigation led deputies to a Pittsburg home where, with assistance from Crawford County authorities, three suspects were arrested and evidence from the crime scene was recovered.
Law enforcement arrested Miles Marsh, 51, of Weir, Sahra D. Uber, 39, of Pittsburg and Bryce Pope, 19, of Weir.
All three are being held in the Cherokee County Jail in Columbus on allegations of aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary, interference with law enforcement, theft and criminal damage to property. Bonds were set at $58,000 each.
