CHERRYVALE — The Historical Cherryvale Museum will host an art exhibit from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday.

Several Cherryvale artists have been invited to display up to four of their works for the afternoon.

A number of artists have called Cherryvale home.

Artists whose works will be represented include Anke Dotson, Leonard Wren, Carl Brothers, Leonard Wood, Sheila Minnich, Tom Porter, Don Richardson, David Frizell and Casey Lickteig. Lickteig is the art instructor at Cherryvale Middle and High School and some of his student works may be included.

The exhibition will be held in the gymnasium at Cherryvale’s Presbyterian Church, 211 S. Montgomery. The museum, just a block away at 215 E. Fourth, also will be open Sunday afternoon.

The public is invited. Admission is free, although donations are welcome.
