The 8th Annual PK St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Celebration will bring Irish cheer and lively festivities to downtown Parsons on Saturday, March 14, with the parade kicking off at 1 p.m. This family-friendly event will feature dazzling floats, live music, delicious food vendors, and a variety of activities for all ages.
Community groups, businesses, and organizations are invited to take part in the fun by entering the parade. Parade entry is completely free, and participants can sign up by contacting the event organizers through the parade’s Facebook page, filling out a Google form at https://forms.gle/xJkBkNuTgtT2zHSd6, or by emailing ccarpenter@parsonsks. com.
Children can also join in the celebration by entering the Best Dressed Lad and Lassie Contest for kids ages 10 and under. Participants are invited to dress in their best Irish-themed outfits for a chance to win prizes, bragging rights, and even a ride on the official PK parade float.
To enter, parents can submit a photo of their child in their festive attire by messaging the “PK St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Celebration” Facebook page or emailing [email protected].

Adding to the festivities, a Common Consumption Area will allow attendees to enjoy beverages from Kitchen Pass, El Pueblito, or the Elks Lodge while strolling throughout downtown and enjoying the celebration. Visitors are encouraged to wear their best green attire and come ready for a day full of community spirit and St. Patrick’s Day fun.
