Debra S. “Debby” Kepley, 73, of rural Parsons, passed away at 2:20 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 29, 2026, at the Elm Haven Nursing Home in Parsons.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 3, at the Carson-Wall Funeral Home in Parsons with Father Nic Jurgensmeyer officiating. Burial will follow in the Mound Valley Cemetery. The Rosary was prayed at 6:30 p.m., Monday, Feb. 2, at the funeral home. Memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Shriners Children’s Hospitals, or to the Wounded Warrior Project and these may be left at or mailed to the funeral home 112 N. 26th St., Parsons, KS 67357.
