Proud Animal Lovers Shelter
Proud Animal Lovers Shelter (PALS) is pleased to announce receipt of a grant totaling $9,957 from the Banfield Foundation. The grant will help pay for vaccines for community pets that are brought to their Low-Cost Spay/Neuter Clinics.
The pet owner is responsible for the spay/neuter surgery, but the vaccines have been provided at no extra charge.
During 2025, over 500 community dogs and cats received these vaccinations, with at least 400 of those belonging to low-income or senior citizen residents. These vaccinations are essential for keeping the animals healthy and safe. This grant will enable PALS to continue offering these vaccinations at no cost to pet owners at the Spay/Neuter Clinics.
