CHEROKEE — Grabbing a pair of wins on the backside of the Lancer Classic bracket, the Parsons Vikings girls clipped the Columbus Titans, 48-30, on Thursday and the Southeast Lancers, 57-28, on Friday.
On Thursday, Brynna Cramer led Parsons with 10 points while Heidi Shultz, Braelyn Hinman-Mitchell and Ayanna Robertson each added nine for the Vikings.
In Friday’s win, Robertson led all scorers with 23 points while Hinman- Mitchell chipped in 16.
The two wins doubled the Vikings’ win total heading into the tournament, leaving the Parsons with a 4-9 record.
