
BARTLETT — Toby D. Ramey, 52, of Bartlett, passed away Monday, January 5, 2026, at his home in Bartlett.
He was born on Nov. 2, 1973, in Muskogee, Oklahoma to Trudy Lynn (Lawson) and Douglas “Doug” Ramey. He grew up in Muskogee and attended schools there.
He worked for a mobile tire repair shop and for a construction company. Toby later moved to Bartlett and worked at the Bartlett Co-op where he worked in the shop.
He enjoyed woodworking and was a skilled woodworker. He made several beautiful furniture pieces for family and friends. He was very artistic, creative, and talented with his hands. Toby’s artistic attention to detail led him to create a chess set.
Toby was married to Stacy Morton. They later divorced. He then later married Jamie Hart and they later divorced.
Toby is survived by his sons, Tyler Ramey of Muskogee, Oklahoma, and Ivan Ramey of Checotah, Oklahoma; his father, Douglas “Doug” Ramey of Bartlett; his brothers, Allen Ramey, and his wife, Christie of Muskogee, Oklahoma, and Dean Dieter of Wagoner, Oklahoma; his aunts and uncles, Joe Ramey of Bartlett, Linda Graves, and her husband, Kenny of Bartlett, Janine Hobbs, and her husband, Bill of Alba, Missouri, Brenda Lawson of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, Theresa Lawson of Muskogee, Oklahoma, and Eddie Lawson; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
