Amber Y. Russ, 44, of Parsons, formerly of Big Spring, TX, died at 8:46 P.M., Friday, Dec. 12, 2025 at Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice at Via Christi St. Francis in Wichita. Among survivors are her father and step-mother – Verdale Deborah Russ. Further obituary information and service arrangements will be announced by the Carson-Wall Funeral Home later.
