The PK Art Festival took place Saturday in downtown Parsons. In conjunction, an art exhibit, “View From Under the Brim,” took place at the Carnegie Arts Center featuring the work of local artist Lorraine Evert. Martha Stone and Harry Livingston look at one of Evert’s pieces at the Carnegie on Saturday. The exhibit is open from 3 to 6 p.m. today, Tuesday, Oct. 7. See more Art Festival pictures on Page 3.
