The City of Parsons' free chlorine residual (the free chlorine burn) will conclude on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 at 12:01 a.m., the city reported today.
This was done purely as a precautionary measure, and as part of the city's ongoing efforts to provide customers with the safest possible drinking water.
