Cleotha Marcellane Allen, 94, passed away on Saturday, Aug. 2, 2025.
She was born July 3, 1931, to Henry and Eva Lowe in Parsons.
She graduated from Douglass High School and continued her education at Coffeyville Community College, graduating with an associate’s degree.
She leaves to treasure her loving memories, her children, Charles, W. Wade (Chris), Eva Laverne Shelby (Orville) and Michael R. Allen; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 12 great-great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
The memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 30, at the Berean Christian Mission Center, 405 S. 19th St., Independence, KS, 67301.
