Richard G. “Rick” Tucker, 78, a longtime Parsons attorney and rural Parsons resident, passed away at 10:15 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 21, 2025, at the Parsons Presbyterian Manor.
His wife, Jane Tucker, survives of the home. The Carson-Wall Funeral Home will announce further obituary information and service arrangements.
