On Wednesday, the Parsons Livestock Auction sold 575 cattle.

Sack sale at St. Vincent
St. Vincent de Paul Society, 1122 Main, will have a $5 sack sale from 10 a.m. to noon and 2 to 4 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 15, and from
10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Aug. 16.
Correction
A story in Tuesday’s Sun needs clarification. The death of Scott Stevens on Saturday in Stark was not reported as a shooting. The KBI has not released the cause of Stevens’ death.
