Parsons Water Department crews repaired this water line break at Central and Gabriel on Friday morning. The 10-inch line is one of four emanating from the city’s water treatment plant to the north. An approximately 3-foot long by 10-inch wide section of the cast iron pipe had ruptured causing as much as an 8-foot break in the water line and subsequent loss of water service to some residential areas.
