Saturday, July 19

8 a.m.: 4-H Horse Show performance, halter, showmanship

5 p.m.: Dog Show

Sunday, July 20

2 p.m.: Pony Pull

4 to 7 p.m.: Exhibit building open to accept 4-H and Open Class entries

7 to 9 p.m.: Livestock check station open for livestock

Monday, July 21

8 to 11 a.m.: Exhibit building open to accept 4-H and Open Class entries

9 a.m.: Deadline for All Livestock to be on the Fairground (Including horses)

9 a.m.: Swine weigh in starts followed by sheep, goats, bucket calf, feeder calf, market beef (in this order)

11 a.m.: Department E/F (4-H) indoor & Open Class indoor entry deadline

12:30 p.m.: Mandatory livestock exhibitor meeting

1 p.m.: Open Class Judging (all except photography)

1:30 p.m.: 4-H Judging for Visual Arts, Fiber Arts, Fine Arts, Interior Design (sign up for judging time)

2 p.m.: 4-H Judging Horticulture & Landscape Design, Agronomy 2 p.m.: Bucket Calf Clinic

3 p.m.: 4-H Judging – Ag Mechanics Welding, Woodworking

5:30 p.m.: Royalty Crowning & Pork Bundle winner

6 p.m.: Swine Show

Tuesday, July 22

8 a.m.: Donuts served by Farm Credit at Show Ring

9 a.m. to 8 p.m.: Exhibit Building Open

9 a.m.: Poultry Show (4-H followed by open class)

9 a.m.: 4-H Judging – Building Blocks, Astronomy, Computers, Robotics, Rocketry, UAS, Small Engines, Veterinary Science, Educational Exhibits (judging sign-up sent after July 1)

10 a.m.: 4-H Judging – Banners, Notebooks, Reading, Self-Determined, Geology, Entomology, Animal Ed, Exploring 4-H, Pets, Wildlife, Misc Noon: Open Class photography judging

1 p.m.: 4-H Judging - Photography (judging sign-up sent after July 1)

1 p.m.: Sheep & Goat Clinic

3 p.m.: Beef and Dairy Bucket Calf Interview

5 p.m.: Beef Bucket Calf Show

6 p.m.: Beef Show

8 p.m.: Rodeo

Wednesday, July 23

8 a.m.: Rabbit Show (4-H followed by open class)

9 a.m. to 8 p.m.: Exhibit Building Open

1 to 3 p.m.: Horticulture Judging Contest

4 p.m.: Meat Goat Show

5 p.m.: Deadline for livestock Premium Sale registration (Sheep and Goat Sale Cards must be turned in within 10 minutes of the conclusion of the market show) Sheep Show 30 minutes after meat goat show

6 p.m.: Labette County Farm Bureau ice cream social while supplies last.

8 p.m.: Rodeo

Thursday, July 24

8 a.m.: Dairy Cattle, Dairy Bucket Calf & Dairy Goat Judging

8 to 10 a.m.: Labette Health Breakfast

9 a.m. to 8 p.m.: Exhibit Building Open

9:30 a.m.: Dairy and Bucket Calf Round Robin

10:30 to 11:30 a.m.: Wildlife Judging Contest

1 p.m.: Round Robin Showmanship Contest (Beef, Swine, Meat Goats, Sheep & Horses)

3 p.m.: Grand champion photos – indoor exhibits – Labette Avenue 5 p.m.: Look-A-Like Contest

5:30 p.m.: Stick Horse Contest

7 p.m.: Horse Show Timed Events

9 p.m.: Junior Fair Board Dance

Friday, July 25

9 a.m. to 8 p.m.: Exhibit Building Open

9 a.m.: Rabbits, Poultry, & All Livestock make-up photos

10 a.m.: 4-H & FFA Livestock Judging & Skillathon Noon: Kiddie Tractor Pull

3 p.m.: 4-H and FFA Special Awards Program (indoor exhibits, judging, and herdsmanship awards)

4 p.m.: 4-H & FFA Livestock Sale

8 p.m.: Bull Buckout

Saturday, July 26

6 to 10 a.m.: All Livestock Exhibits Released

8 to 10 a.m.: Exhibit Building Open and all exhibits released

8 to 11 a.m.: Premiums picked up @ Fair Secretary Office

8 p.m.: Demo Derby
