Priority Call Response Breakdown: — Priority 1 Calls: The most urgent calls involving life-threatening emergencies or crimes in progress had an average response time of 2.86 minutes.

— National Average: Typically, response times for Priority 1 calls range from 7 to 10 minutes across the United States. The Parsons Police Department’s swift response surpasses this average, demonstrating the team’s rapid mobilization during critical situations.

— Priority 2 Calls: These calls, which include serious incidents that may not pose an immediate threat to life, saw an average response time of 4.6 minutes.

— National Average: Priority 2 calls generally see response times of 10 to 12 minutes on average. Again, Parsons outpaces this national standard, ensuring that serious incidents receive prompt attention.
