KDOT announces approved April bids for Southeast Kansas road projects

The Kansas Department of Transportation announced approved bids for state highway construction and maintenance projects.

The letting took place April 16 in Topeka. Some of the bids may include multiple projects that have been bundled based on proximity and type of work.

District Four — Southeast: Bourbon: Bridge over tributary to Hinton Creek, located 5.9 miles south and 1.0 mile west of Uniontown, bridge replacement, 0.2 mile, B&B Bridge Company LLC, St. Paul, $701,404.10.

Greenwood: U.S. 400, from K‑99/U.S. 400 east junction east to the Greenwood/Wilson county line, crack repair, 15.2 miles, Pavement Pro's LLC, McPherson, $353,896.97.

Statewide: Routes U.S. 69, K‑152, K‑3, K‑31, K‑7, K‑52 and K‑239 in Linn, Miami, Anderson and Bourbon counties, signing, Martin Outdoor Enterprises Inc., Pittsburg, $1,947,000.
