Labette Community College presented performances by the Parsons Community Band, choir and orchestra on Sunday afternoon at the Parsons High School auditorium. The choir (left) featured renditions of “Buffalo Gal,” “The Pirate King” and a compilation of songs from the movie “O Brother, Where Art Thou?” The band performed the “Star Spangled Banner,” “Aladdin” and “Star Wars: The Force Awakens,” among other songs.
