Correction
A story published in Tuesday’s edition on the county commission meeting contained an error. Commissioners approved on a 2-1 vote a resolution to ban the installation of certain solar panels and arrays from the Xinjiang region of China because of concerns that forced labor was involved in the manufacturing process.
