Alisha Ann Vitt and Zachary James Foster were married Oct. 8 at Mother of God Catholic Church in Oswego. The Rev. Larry Parker officiated at the 2 p.m. double-ring ceremony.
Parents of the bride are Sherri and Randy Irwin of Oswego and the late Joe Vitt.
Parents of the groom are Ken and Theresse Foster of Bartlett.
Kayla Steeby of Altamont was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Angie Cooper of Oswego and Abbie Stice of Parsons.
Deven Foster of Bartlett served as his brother’s best man. Groomsmen were Bryce Cooper of Oswego and Heath Steeby of Parsons.
The flower girls were Sabrina Foster, cousin of the groom, and Ryen Alloway, cousin of the bride. Hunter Kimrey, cousin of the bride, was ring-bearer
Ushers were Cord Wood of Edna Justin and Garrett Strickland of Oswego.
The reception took place at the Oswego Community Building at the fairgrounds.
Mrs. Foster is a 2012 graduate of Labette County High School in Altamont. She graduated in May from Labette Community College with a degree in nursing. She is a registered nurse at Labette Health.
Mr. Foster is a 2012 graduate of LCHS. He attended Coffeyville Community College. He is a farmer with Foster Farms, the family farm operation.
The couple are at home in rural Edna.
