Mr. and Mrs. Dale Fultz
Dale and Joyce Fultz of rural Parsons will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary by taking a cruise with their three daughters and their husbands.
Dale Fultz and Joyce Stuart were married on March 15, 1969, at First Baptist Church in Altamont by the Rev. Raymond Ditlevson.
Mr. Fultz has farmed all of his life in rural Parsons. Mrs. Fultz retired in 2008 from Labette County USD 506 as a library assistant after 28 years.
Both are members of Center Bethel Church, rural Parsons.
They lived in Virginia and Germany for two years while Mr. Fultz served in the Army, and they have resided in rural Parsons since then.
The couple’s children are Angela Renfro and her husband, James, of Independence, Tiffany Carson and her husband, Scott, of Iola and Megan Carnahan and her husband, Rob, of Parsons. They also have 13 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Dale and Joyce enjoy spending time with their family and watching their grandchildren in their many activities. They also look forward to a big family vacation each summer. The last several have been at Lake of the Ozarks, which has been a favorite pastime of the Fultzes. The family enjoys staying under one roof for a week, boating, swimming, grilling and enjoying Nana’s cooking. Their daughters would like to thank their mom and dad for the wonderful parents they have been and the love they have shown them.
