INDEPENDENCE, Mo. — Jade O’Neill, 62, formerly of St. Paul, died at 8:07 a.m. Monday, Sept. 13, 2010, at her home in Independence, Mo. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence E. “Larry” O’Neill, on Nov. 21, 2003.
