CHERRYVALE — Charles “Chuck” Clark Enloe, 77, of Cherryvale died Monday, Aug. 30, 2010, at Mercy Hospital, Independence.

He was born April 7, 1933, in Enon, Mo., to Enoch W. and Bessie J. (Scrivner) Enloe. He attended East High School in Kansas City, Mo.

On Aug. 20, 1966, he married Susan Yurkovich in Reno, Nev. She survives of the home in Cherryvale.

He owned and operated Hide Away Tavern in Humboldt.

Other survivors include three sons, B. Craig Enloe of Leavenworth, C. Chuck Enloe Jr. of Lexington, Okla., and J. Wesley Enloe of Cherryvale; a daughter, Frances Tracy Schuman of Ottawa; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

The body has been cremated. The service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Potts Chapel, Cherryvale. Inurnment will be at a later date at Russellville, Mo., in Enloe Cemetery.

Memorials are suggested to the American Heart Association and can be left at the funeral home.
