CHETOPA — Anita L. Jameson-Middlebrook, 54, of Chetopa died at 5:10 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 18, 2010, at Via Christi Hospital in Pittsburg. She had been in failing health. She is survived by her mother, Ida Jameson, of Chetopa.
The service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Bath-Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Chetopa. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at their convenience from noon until 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
