He was born Aug. 4, 1964, in Ellsworth to Patrick M. and Janet R. (Minniear) Miller.
He married Ronita Mann; they later divorced.
He married Jodie Smith; they later divorced.
He was currently a temporary employee for Express Personnel in Parsons.
Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Janet R. and Kenneth W. Gibson of Cherryvale; his maternal grandmother, Dorothy Minniear of Cherryvale; a daughter, Melissa Miller; three sons, Jarod Mann, Christopher Jay Miller and Cooper Miller, all of Tahlequah, Okla.; a brother, Mark A. Miller of Overland Park; and a granddaughter.
He was preceded in death by his father; and a 3-month-old daughter, Macie.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be at 2 p.m. today at Potts Chapel in Cherryvale.
