Adam Lee Beery, 28, of Parsons died at 3 p.m. Thursday at Via Christi Regional Medical Center/St. Francis Campus in Wichita.

He was born Dec. 10, 1981, in Parsons to Ronnie L. and Linda (Cuddy) Beery. He grew up in Parsons where he attended Lincoln Elementary School and Parsons High School. He also attended Labette County High School in Altamont.

He was employed by McDonald’s..

He married Precious Soap on Sept. 16, 2005, in Stilwell, Okla. She survives of the home.

Other survivors include his mother, Linda Moore of Walcott, Ohio; a sister, Ronda Manning of Independence; and two half sisters, Jennifer Elsey and Randi Elsey, both of Council Bluff, Iowa.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ronnie Beery, on Dec. 7, 2003.

The service will be at 2:30 p.m. Monday at Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home. Burial will be in East Bethany Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
