He was born July 11, 1960, in Miami, Okla., to Charles Eugene and Blanche Mae (Davis) Rickman. He grew up in rural Welch, Okla., and graduated from Welch High School in 1978.
He married Kellie Bullard in 1984. They later divorced.
On Sept. 5, 2003, he married Martha Plata of Chesapeake, Va. She survives of the home.
Other survivors include a daughter, Heather Rickman of Chetopa; a son, Levi Rickman of Chetopa; a brother, Joe Rickman of Coffeyville; two stepdaughters, Monica and Raquel of Chesapeake, Va.; and three stepgrandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
The service will be at 2 p.m. today at Ottawa Indian Cemetery in Miami, Okla.

Marlene M. Kelley
Marlene M. Kelley, 69, of Overland Park died Friday, Dec. 12, 2008, at Garden Terrace of Overland Park.
She was born Aug. 3, 1939, to James C. and Margaret Kelley in Parsons.
She graduated from Southern Nazarene University with a bachelor's degree in education. She was a librarian at Cure of Ars Catholic School for more than 20 years.
She is survived by her loving husband, Ramond Kelley, of the home; one daughter, Paula Thurman and her husband, Mark; one son, Dwain Kelley and his wife, Pam; five grandchildren and one great-grandson.
Burial will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Mound Valley Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:15 to 7 p.m. Thursday with a memorial service to follow at Antioch Church of the Nazarene in Overland Park.

Margaret L. 'Peggy' Titus
Margaret L. "Peggy" Titus, 76, of Parsons died at 9:55 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 14, 2008, at her home. She was preceded in death by her husband, James M. "O.J." Titus, on April 14, 2001.
The funeral Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Parsons. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery in St. Paul. The rosary will be recited at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Parsons. The family will receive friends immediately following the rosary.

Lee H. Jenkins
McCUNE -- Lee H. Jenkins, 92, formerly of rural McCune, died at 5:15 p.m. Friday, Dec. 12, 2008, at Elmhaven East nursing home in Parsons, where he had resided the past two years.
He was born Nov. 29, 1916, in Lincoln, Neb., to Lyman E. and Maggie P. (Baker) Jenkins. In 1929, as a young boy, he moved with his family to Kansas and lived in Salina, where he attended school. In the late 1930s, he moved to this area, where he had lived since.
For a time, he worked at the Kansas Army Ammunition Plant and also for Wilson Brothers Sawmill. He was a farmer and stockman.
Survivors include a sister, Hazel Thiessen of Parsons; two nephews, Kenneth Lunday of Parsons and Wayne Lunday of Erie; and three nieces, Delores Zerlin of Mena, Ark., Janice Giger of Parsons and Marjorie Southard of Emmett, Idaho.
He was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. today at Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Parsons. Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in Wyuka Cemetery in Lincoln, Neb. Friends may call at the funeral home after noon today.
Richard 'Rich' Clark
ST. PAUL -- Richard "Rich" Clark, 62, of rural St. Paul died at 8:20 a.m. Monday, Dec. 15, 2008, at his home. He had been in failing health. His wife, Marlene, survives of the home.
