She was born Nov. 5, 1919, in Cabool, Mo., to John and Etta (Hunter) Kelley. She grew up and attended school in southern Missouri and was a graduate of Humansville High School.
On June 27, 1942, she married Walter Donald in Camdenton, Mo. He preceded her in death on Nov. 20, 2008.
Survivors include a daughter, Patty Ashby of rural Oswego; a grandson; two great-grandsons; and three sisters, Ruth Canterbury, Maxine Young and Nadine Kelley, all of Bolivar, Mo.
The service will be at 10 a.m. today at First Baptist Church in Altamont. Burial will be at 1:30 p.m. today at Fort Scott National Cemetery.
