ROCKAWAY BEACH, Mo. — Charles Hoskins, 77, of Rockaway Beach, Mo., died at 4:59 a.m. Friday, April 23, 2010, at the Kansas City Veterans Administration Medical Center in Kansas City, Mo. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Hoskins, of the home.
