VINCENNES, Ind. — Clovie I. Kepford, 93, of Vincennes, Ind., formerly of Chetopa, died at 7:35 p.m. Tuesday, March 9, 2010, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, Ind. She was preceded in death by her husband, Delbert Kepford, on March 17, 2001.
