Dorothy J. Lockwood, 86, of Parsons died at 1:02 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 21, 2010, at Parsons Presbyterian Manor. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene E. Lockwood, on Jan. 9, 1967.
