DERBY — Don Wilson, 72, of Derby died at 6 p.m. Friday, Feb. 19, 2010, at Via Christi St. Francis Hospice Unit in Wichita.

He was born Dec. 4, 1937, in Casa Grande, Ariz., to Bob and Elsie (Johnson) Wilson. Following high school graduation, he served in the U.S. Army.

He married Leslie Lorraine MacLeod. They later divorced.

Survivors include two sons, James Wade Wilson and Leonard Donald Wilson, both of North Carolina; a daughter, Susie Taylor of New Mexico; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two brothers, Leon and A.G.; and three sisters, Barbara, Joyce and Naomi.

The service was Sunday at Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Parsons. Burial was in Springhill Cemetery south of Parsons.
