ERIE — Dale Hull, 74, of Erie died at 1:32 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2010, at the Chanute Health Care Center in Chanute.

He was born Jan. 11, 1936, in Chanute to Herman and Sylvia Ruth (Fisher) Hull. He graduated from the Stark High School. He lived in Erie all of his life.

He was employed by the city of Parsons at the Water Treatment Plant until he retired. He was a member of the Temple Baptist Church in Erie. He enjoyed hunting, working with bird dogs and trading guns.

Survivors include two brothers, Don Hull of Erie and Darrell Hull of Wichita; a sister, Carol Bowyer of Bentley; a nephew, Jeffrey Bowyer of Ottawa; and a niece, Twila Middleton of Peabody.

The service will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Temple Baptist Church in Erie. Burial will be at Bethel Cemetery north of Erie.

The Pierce-Carson-Wall Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements and friends may call there. Memorials are suggested to the Erie Library.
