The Parsons Sun - Frances Colleen Morning Hess

ALTAMONT — Frances Colleen (Morning) Hess, 94, of Altamont passed away peacefully with family by her side at 10:25 p.m. Monday, Jan. 18, 2010, at Parsons Presbyterian Manor. She was preceded in death by her husband, Abe Hess, on Feb. 21, 1987.

The service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Altamont United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Altamont. Friends may call at Bath-Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Altamont after 11 a.m. today.

Memorials are suggested to the USD 506 Foundation Inc., Frances Hess Scholarship Fund or the Altamont City Library and may be left at or mailed to the funeral home, P.O. Box 325, Altamont, 67330.
