WICHITA — Jameika Shante Cummins, 17, died Thursday, Dec. 23, 2009.

She is survived by her mother, Debra “Michelle” Jones of Wichita; a grandmother, Mollie Jones of Wichita; two brothers, Jonathon Cummins and Trey Williams, both of Wichita; and extended family including aunts, uncles and cousins.

A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 2700 S. Richmond, Wichita.
