CHANUTE -- Carl Andrew Small, 65, of Chanute died Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2009, at Labette Health, in Parsons.
He was born July 24, 1944, in Arvonia to Glenn and Eunice (Boline) Small.
He was a retired trackman for Union Pacific Railroad.
Survivors include three brothers, Charles Small of Fort Worth, Texas, Dale Small of Chanute and Kenneth Small of Sylvan Grove; and a special friend, Betty Bosage of Coffeyville.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Penwell Gabel Gibson Chapel in Chanute. A private family burial has already taken place.
