She was born on Nov. 11, 1925, to Dewey and Velma (Onwiler) Silcott on her family's farm in Labette County. She graduated from Labette County Community High School in Altamont.
She worked with battery and conductor applications for International Rectifier for 18 years until her retirement in 1978.
Survivors include a daughter, Denise Micholosky of Longmont, Colo.; two sons, Guy Coover of Reno, Nev., and Darold Coover of Alta Loma, Calif.; and seven grandchildren.
The service was Saturday at Foothills Gardens of Memory.

Howe Mortuary and Cremation Services, 439 Coffman Street, Longmont, Colo., 80501, was in charge of arrangements.
