The funeral Mass will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Holy Name Catholic Church in Coffeyville. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery in Coffeyville. Friends may call after 10 a.m. Monday at the church.
Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society and may be left at or mailed to Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home, P.O. Box 374, Parsons, 67357.
