COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — Michael “Todd” Anderson, 33, lost his life in an auto accident on Feb. 28, 2009, at Colorado Springs, Colo.,where he resided and worked for Pryor Flooring as an installer of hardwood.

He was born Dec. 1, 1975, in Girard to Phillip and Shirley (Warstler) Anderson. He grew up in Hepler and attended Hepler schools. He graduated from Girard High School.

He married Lori Kmiec on July 25, 1998, in Colorado Springs. She survives of the home with children, Ashton, 11, Andrew, 9, and Haley Marie, 2 1/2.

He was an avid outdoorsman who liked to fish and hunt.He will be sadly missed.

Other survivors are his parents, Phil and Shirley Anderson of Walnut; two sisters, Sherrie Wright of Heavener, Okla., and Tammy Holister of Claremore, Okla.; a brother, Timothy Machin of Bakersfield, Calif.; a grandmother, Grace Warstler Cass of Parsons; a grandfather, John Anderson of Hepler; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

The service was at Colorado Springs. A local memorial service is pending.
