DRUMMOND, Okla. — David Burke, 60, of Drummond, Okla., died Monday, Oct. 8, 2012, after a long illness.

He was born July 21, 1952, in St. Paul to Joe and Dorothy Burke.

He married Stephanie Boyer on Aug. 14, 1993, in Broken Arrow, Okla. She survives of the home.

Mr. Burke served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War.

Other survivors include a son, Justin Burke; a daughter, Ashley; five grandchildren; three sisters, Margaret Frey, Toni Stretch and Jean Diskin; a brother, Daniel Burke; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church with the Rev. R.K. Mankena officiating. Cremation will follow the service.

Services are under the direction of The Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Memorial contributions may be made to The Wounded Warriors with the funeral home acting as custodian of the fund.
