Rockford “Rocky” Phelps, 57, of Parsons died at 11:26 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 7, 2012, at Labette Health in Parsons.

The service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Parsons. Burial will be in Lincoln City Cemetery in Lincoln, Kan. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
