Ruth I. McGuire, 79, of Parsons, formerly of Cherryvale, died at 3:40 a.m. Monday, Feb. 16, 2009, at Labette Health. She had been in failing health.
A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Mound Valley Cemetery.
