Cicero L. Owens Sr., 60, of Parsons died at 2:35 a.m. Thursday, July 19, 2012, at Freeman West Hospital in Joplin.
The service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, July 26, at Watson Memorial Church of God in Christ in Parsons. The family will receive friends from noon until service time Thursday at the church. Friends may call at their convenience after noon on Wednesday at Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home.
