She was born on July 28, 1959, at Kansas City, Mo., to Calvin C. and Rose M. (Stuteville) Burch. She grew up and attended school in Kansas City, Mo., and Parsons.
She had lived in various cities in Missouri and Oklahoma until moving to Parsons in 1996. She had most recently worked at Grandview Products for seven years before retiring because of ill health.
She loved scuba diving at Beaver Lake, collecting dolls, camping and four-wheeling. She also loved being with her grandchildren.
She married Frank Harris on June 11, 1977, in Parsons. He survives of the home.
Additional survivors include two sons, Frank Harris and his wife, Joanie, of Fall River and Calvin Harris and his wife, Ashley, of Parsons; a daughter, Brea Harris of the home; six grandchildren; two brothers, Calvin Burch of Kansas City, Mo., and James Burch of Parsons; and three sisters, Nancy Burch of Kansas City, Kan., Mary Rowland of Webb City, Mo., and JoAnn Burch of Joplin.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister.
The service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Parsons. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. The ashes will be interred at Maple Hill Cemetery in Kansas City, Kan.
