ALTOONA — Joel Darrin Hull, 42, a longtime resident of Altoona, died Thursday, June 21, 2012, while at work.

He was born Feb. 25, 1970, in Coffeyville the son of Luther “Ed” and Brenda Kay (Hartsock) Hull. He worked for Jeff Hull’s Paving in Altoona, where he had worked in the family business for more than 15 years.

Survivors include four brothers, Martin Hull of Coffeyville, Kevin Hull of Parsons, Jeff Hull and Jason Hull, both of Altoona; and two sisters, Kimi Hull of Tulsa and Tracy Hull of Greenwood, Ark.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ed and Brenda Hull.

The service will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Church of God in Fredonia. Burial will be in the Altoona Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Timmons Funeral Home in Fredonia.
