BROKEN ARROW, Okla. — Charlea L. “Peggy” Harwood, 84, a former Parsons resident, died at 3:45 a.m. Monday, June 11, 2012, at the Sterling House in Broken Arrow, Okla. She was the widow of Robert “Bob” Harwood, who preceded her in death on Feb. 13, 1990.
